Our Products & Materials
All PATTERN pieces are crafted in 18K gold (750‰ purity) as our standard. We also offer 22K for traditional and heritage-inspired designs. The karat is stamped on every piece by our master goldsmith and verified by UAE hallmarking authorities.
Yes. All diamonds above 0.30 carats are individually accompanied by a GIA or IGI grading certificate confirming the 4Cs: Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat Weight. Smaller diamonds are certified in lots and meet our strict minimum quality standards (SI clarity, G–H colour).
PATTERN deals exclusively in natural gemstones — naturally formed diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and other precious stones. All stones are Kimberley Process certified (for diamonds) and ethically sourced from reputable suppliers.
18K gold contains 75% pure gold mixed with other metals (silver, copper) for durability — ideal for diamond and gemstone settings. 22K gold contains 91.6% pure gold and is softer, traditionally used for plain gold jewellery and bangles. 22K has higher intrinsic gold value but is less suited to fine stone-setting.
Custom & Bespoke Design
Absolutely. Custom bespoke design is one of our core services. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our atelier in Dubai. We work with you from initial concept through 3D rendering and stone selection to final delivery. Turnaround is typically 14–30 days depending on complexity.
Yes. We offer full jewellery remodelling services — incorporating your existing diamonds or gold into a new design. Bring your piece to our atelier for an assessment and consultation.
Yes. We offer precision laser engraving on rings, bangles, pendants, and bracelets. You can add a name, date, message, or signature — up to 25 characters. Add during your order on the product page. Engraving takes 1–2 additional business days. Note: engraved pieces are non-returnable.
Standard custom commissions take 14–21 business days. High Jewellery bespoke commissions requiring exceptional stones may take 30–45 days. We provide regular updates throughout the process and confirm timelines upfront.
Orders & Delivery
UAE (Free): 1–3 business days standard, same-day delivery within Dubai available (AED 35, order before 2PM). GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3–5 business days, AED 50. International: 7–14 business days, AED 150. All shipments are fully insured and tracked.
Yes. All PATTERN shipments are fully insured for their declared retail value from dispatch to delivery. We use trusted logistics partners who specialise in high-value jewellery transportation.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders take 7–14 business days and cost AED 150. All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us for a specific country enquiry.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment in real time. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery.
Yes. Every PATTERN order ships in our signature black velvet jewellery box as standard. Luxury gift wrapping with gold ribbon and a personalised gift card is available at checkout for AED 25.
Returns & Warranties
We offer a 7-day return policy on all non-customised, undamaged pieces in original condition with all documentation. Items must be returned in PATTERN original packaging. Custom, engraved, and bespoke pieces are non-returnable. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Yes. All PATTERN pieces carry a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers prong tightening, clasp repair, and minor structural issues. It does not cover accidental damage or lost stones due to wear. Bring your piece to any PATTERN location for warranty service.
Yes. We offer full repair, re-rhodium plating (for white gold), re-polishing, prong re-tipping, and stone replacement services. Bring or courier your piece to our Dubai atelier. We provide a quote before any work begins.
Manufacturing-related stone loss within 6 months of purchase is covered by our warranty. After 6 months, stone replacement is charged at material cost only — we absorb the labour. Bring your piece to our atelier for assessment.
Payments & Certificates
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. For high-value bespoke commissions, we typically require a 50% deposit. We do not offer Buy Now Pay Later for high jewellery items.
All listed prices are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%). VAT is added at checkout. UAE VAT is applicable to all purchases made within the UAE. International customers may be exempt from UAE VAT but may face import duties in their own country.
Every PATTERN purchase includes: the PATTERN Certificate of Authenticity, individual GIA/IGI diamond certificates (for stones above 0.30ct), UAE hallmark certificate, and a lifetime warranty card. High Jewellery commissions also include an independent valuation certificate.
Our retail prices are fixed and reflect the true cost of ethically sourced materials and skilled craftsmanship. However, for large purchases, bulk orders, or corporate gifting programmes, please contact us directly to discuss available arrangements.
